This project transformed a single-family residence into a 300-seat worship facility complete with administration, fellowship, and educational spaces. The existing structure was stripped to the structural frame to accommodate the new commercial grade utilities that were required. JNA was also commissioned to design the Arc of the Covenant as the focal point for the temple. The form and detailing of this custom millwork structure incorporate classical motifs and traditional Jewish symbolism which convey a sense of the timelessness of the Jewish faith while also providing a dignified enclosure for the sacred Torahs contained within. |
