This one hundred year old Russian Orthodox congregation sought to relocate their inner-city facility to a suburban site, and in doing so, recreate their traditional approach to iconography and symbolism so necessary to their worship. The new 12,000 sf church includes a 250 seat Worship Space and support spaces. A multi-purpose lower level accommodates fellowship and education requirements. Local artisans were incorporated into the architectural design team to integrate the iconographic elements with the building's architecture. |
