St. James School & Formation Center, Arlington Heights, IL

This project consolidates the elementary and junior high school programs for St. James Catholic Parish into one facility. The combined addition and renovation will provide a high quality education for pre-kindergarten through eighth grade and also serve as a faith formation center for the entire parish. St. James will use their remodeled gymnasium for church liturgies, as well as large parish functions. To accommodate the school consolidation, the new 61,272 sf addition will increase the overall floor area to 110,326 sf upon completion. Total construction cost for the addition and remodeling is $9.7M.
