Fry Properties Office Building, Naperville, IL

This 3-story, 58,000 s.f., masonry clad, steel frame, shell and core office building was completed on an accelerated time frame in just ten months, including all site work. Located in the southwest development area of Naperville on 95th Street west of Book Road, the nine acre site required a complete restructuring of a major local watershed in order to accommodate the required parking lots.
