The Archbishop Quigley Center, formerly the Quigley Seminary High School (constructed in 1917) was an adaptive-reuse project which included the full interior re-design of all four levels of the 86,700 sf Historic Landmark Building, converting it to a pastoral center and office headquarters for the Archdiocese of Chicago. The scope of the project included new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, 2 new elevators, an addition in an existing area well, a conversion of the gymnasium into two floors of office space, and new decorative window glazing. A new public entrance lobby was also designed, including a new ornamental stairway to the historic St. James Chapel.
