Basic Services JNA deeply believes that successful buildings are the direct result of thoughtful and thorough collaborations between client, architect, and builder. We at JNA believe that our primary strength lies in the thorough understanding of a multitude of design related issues pertaining to each building type. This includes architectural design, acoustics, interior design, and lighting design. As the exact scope and nature of a particular project's specific design and engineering needs evolve out of the Master Plan phase, JNA seeks to expand the required expertise to include selected consultants that would best complement the Owner-Architect team. Typical project teams include civil engineering, landscape architecture, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Through the history of our firm, we have developed a broad network of expert consultants, appropriate product resources, contractors, and subcontractors who understand and can meet the special needs of each project. Our staff and associates possess the capabilities to work well with building committees, assist with fund-raising and budgetary concerns, and to meet aggressive project schedules. |
