"Our system of direct involvement with preparing and supervising each project’s architectural development, the work of professional associates, and the construction process insures the necessary personal, knowledgeable professional relationship that is essential to the success of a building planning project."

Jaeger, Nickola & Associates firmly believes that the Architect’s primary responsibility is that of facilitator in the church design/construction process. That process begins with communicating, with the Parish, the programming and design issues involving their church.

This process continues through the Design Development and Construction Phases of a project where external consultants are brought on to the “team” to expand the expertise where/when it is required. Again, the Architect’s role remains as the primary coordinator of the assembled team. In the final analysis, the completed project will be viewed and judged as a single statement, regardless of the number(s) and source(s) of input. Jaeger, Nickola takes its responsibility to the Parish for that overall coordination very seriously.
