Project Organization

"As part of our service to you, Jaeger, Nickola & Associates takes pride in our ability to manage all phases of your building project. From the project’s inception until completion, JNA is there for the duration of growth and development."

Jaeger, Nickola & Associates Ltd. (JNA) utilizes the Project Principal method of project organization. In essence, this means one of the Principals, based on special expertise or client preference, is designated as the Project Principal for each of our buildings. That Principal is responsible for all phases of the project from start to completion.

Both principals, R. Thomas Jaeger, AIA, and Robert M. Nickola, AIA, are directly involved with the supervision of each project’s architectural development, the work of professional associates, and the construction process. This system, augmented with the assignment of a JNA Project Architect, insures the necessary personal, knowledgeable professional relationship that is essential to the success of planning and constructing a project with a Parish.

At this time the firm’s staff is comprised of sixteen individuals including licensed architects, graduate architectural interns, student architectural interns and clerical assistants. All staff members become familiar with the current project roster, and are available to assist as project schedules dictate. A core of staff members is selected to work on each project directly under the Principal’s supervision, becoming that project’s architectural team. On that team, the Project Architect manages all work of the project, and acts as the contact/liaison with the client, contractor and all other professional associates and consultants.
