Celine
D. Coath, AIA

of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign, Illinois
Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies with Honors
Background:
Celine is a licensed architect in the State of
Illinois as well as a member of the American Institute
of Architects. She is a resourceful individual with
nineteen years of experience who was sought after to
join the firm in part for her wide range of architectural
and interior project experience. Past projects include
corporate, primary educational facilities both in the
public and private sectors and churches. One of her
most recent accomplishments as project architect includes
St. Anne Catholic Community in Barrington which involved
renovation and additions of the existing school, new
gathering space, remodeling of the existing church into
a reservation chapel and a new worship space. Additional
projects include St. Teresa of Avila in Lincoln Park
and St. Peter & Paul Catholic School in Park Ridge.
Celine
is involved in every phase of design, construction documentation,
construction administration, management, quality assurance,
and client interface. She recently completed an addition
to St. Mary’s School in Buffalo Grove and is presently
completing the construction of a new church for St.
John the Evangelist in Streamwood and completing a remodeling
of an existing church for St. Joan of Arc in Skokie.
The projects she has worked on have varied in size and
complexity. No matter how large of small the projects
Celine takes great pride in her attention to detail
and client service. With her formidable depth of experience
Celine brings invaluable problem solving capacities
insuring project success.

Douglas
E. Lasch, AIA
Education: University
of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Masters in Architecture
Bachelors of Science in Architecture
Background: Douglas E.
Lasch is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin –
Milwaukee with both a Bachelors of Science in
Architectural Studies and a Masters in Architecture. He
is a licensed architect in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
He is currently a committee member for the Interfaith
Forum on Religion, Art, and Architecture - AIA Chicago
Chapter.
A broad range of building types span his more than 27
years of experience and include,
religious facilities, universities, corporate offices,
industrial, banks, retail, and housing. Past projects
he has been involved with have received national awards
and published in architectural books and magazines.
Doug is very involved with the development
of computer technology, exploring new methods for
computer design presentation and modeling. Doug recently
completed a new worship facility for St. Mary of Vernon
Catholic Church, as well as a YMCA Day Care. A new
addition and renovation for Knox Presbyterian Church in
Naperville as well as a new complex for Grace Pointe
Church in Plainfield are currently under construction.
Other projects that will soon break ground include
Northwest Covenant Church - Arlington Heights, IL, Grace
Lutheran Church - Glen Ellyn, IL, and Oswego
Presbyterian Church - Oswego, IL.

David
C. Kuhlman, AIA
Education: University
of Notre Dame - South Bend, Indiana
Bachelor of Architecture
Background: David is a
licensed architect in the state of Illinois and the
District of Columbia, as well as a member of the American
Institute of Architects. He
brings over 13 years of professional experience to Jaeger
Nickola, including 7 years at
Nagle Hartray Architects where David was an Associate
Principal.
With Nagle Hartray David was the Project Designer/Manager
for numerous religious
projects including the Holy Family Villa Skilled Nursing
Facility, the Bishop Timothy J.
Lyne Residence for Retired Priests, the Poor Clare Monastery
of the Immaculate Conception,
all of which are in Lemont, the Augustana Lutheran Church
Addition/Renovation in
Hyde Park, the Chicago Sinai Congregation Temple Addition
in Chicago, the Northridge
Preparatory School Oratory Renovation in Niles, the
Misericordia Skilled Nursing Facility
in Chicago, and the Saint Athanasius School Renovation
in Evanston. Having designed
a number of churches and their liturgical furnishings.
David has also served as a guest
juror at Notre Dame for professor Duncan Stroik’s
church design studio, and has been
published in E&a, a liturgical design publication.
David recently joined JNA to further
pursue his interest in religious architecture and liturgical
design.
As a senior project architect, David is involved in
every phase of design, construction
documentation, construction administration, management,
quality assurance, and client
interface. Having worked on a wide range of multi-disciplined
projects, David has developed
strong design and communication skills, and his dedication
and efficient management
techniques insure successful projects.
